Location:<\/strong> Charlotte, NC (Fully Remote, with Onsite Requirement for Local Candidates)

Position Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Quadlight Corp is seeking an experienced Healthcare Business Analyst<\/strong> with a strong background in Medicare (MA, MAPD, PDP)<\/strong> and expertise in employer group plans<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is a 6 month contract role, fully remote, but candidates local to Charlotte, NC<\/strong> (within a 20-30 mile radius) will be required to come onsite once a week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The ideal candidate will possess experience in eligibility file processing<\/strong>, system configuration, and process automation strategies. A deep understanding of UX design principles<\/strong> and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical, operations, and client teams is also essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Industry Expertise:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Strong background in Medicare (MA, MAPD, PDP)<\/strong> within both individual and employer group plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Experience with employer eligibility file processing implementations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Technical Skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Proficiency in writing detailed system configuration requirements<\/strong> and defining process automation strategies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Ability to collaborate with development teams to enable additional system configurations via UI for automation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
UX and Design:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Familiarity with high-level UX design principles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Experience in creating wireframes<\/strong> and markup diagrams<\/strong> to support system design discussions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Cross-Functional Collaboration:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical, operations, and client teams<\/strong> to gather, document, and validate requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Preferred Experience:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Knowledge of eligibility processing workflows<\/strong> and file structures in the Medicare or employer group plan space.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Experience implementing solutions that align with compliance requirements<\/strong> and industry standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Operational Analysis:<\/strong> Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Modeling:<\/strong> Initiate, participate in, and facilitate data modeling<\/strong>, process modeling<\/strong>, and solution modeling<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
System Design:<\/strong> Design and document software solutions by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; and writing specifications as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
System Improvement:<\/strong> Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Controls and Procedures:<\/strong> Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Testing and Documentation:<\/strong> Develop testing scenarios and assist with user acceptance testing for system and process changes. Maintain user documentation and provide help desk support and training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Technical Reporting:<\/strong> Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Root Cause Analysis:<\/strong> Investigate service-related issues to identify root causes; identify and communicate business needs assessments as necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Industry Awareness:<\/strong> Stay updated on trends and issues in the government healthcare insurance<\/strong> space. Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and participation in professional societies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
