Role Description:<\/strong>
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python development and a strong background in building web applications and APIs. This role requires strong collaboration skills to define requirements, influence design decisions, and advocate for solution adoption.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
\n
Collaboration Skills:<\/strong> Strong ability to define requirements, influence design decisions, and advocate for the adoption of solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Experience:<\/strong> 6+ years in Java\/J2EE or similar object-oriented programming language, with significant expertise in Python development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Web Applications and APIs:<\/strong> Design and development experience in building web applications and APIs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Debugging and Security:<\/strong> Expertise in debugging performance issues with code, identifying security issues, and resolving bugs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Security Standards:<\/strong> Moderate to expert skills with the latest security standards such as OAuth, OWASP Top 10, and SAML.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Identity Protocols:<\/strong> Hands-on experience implementing and integrating with identity protocols such as OpenID Connect, OIDC, and SAML.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
API Access Patterns:<\/strong> Strong understanding of API access patterns (B2B, B2C, etc.) and Authentication & Authorization controls using OAuth (OAuth, HMAC, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Secure Design:<\/strong> Good understanding of secure design and development practices, including shift-left strategy using SAST & DAST.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Cloud Platforms:<\/strong> Experience working on one or more cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud, or Google Cloud Platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
